Procedure
The inventory will be assessed yearly by the Supervisor, Library Technical Services, to ensure that actual holdings match the catalogue and to determine lost or stolen items. As the inventory is conducted, the catalogue will be updated.
An inventory of the Library’s entire collection, ensuring that the catalogue accurately reflects the contents and correct shelving of the collection, should be carried out once every year.
