Purpose of the Policy

The West Lincoln Public Library Board strives to acquire reasonably-priced, high quality goods, materials and services for the use of staff and patrons, while maintaining financial and civic accountability.

Process

In order to procure goods, materials and services in the most efficient manner, the West Lincoln Public Library Board shall follow the Township of West Lincoln Tendering & Purchasing Policy POL – T – 01 - 2015 (PDF 286KB), when applicable.
