Reading Readiness

Reading Readiness is appropriate for children four and under. The program features songs, stories, finger plays and age appropriate crafts.

The Autumn Session of Reading Readiness will begin the week last week of September at Caistorville and Wellandport branches, Smithville branch will start Tuesday, October 16. It will run until the last week of November, before we pause for the December holidays.

Smithville Branch

Depending on registration numbers, Smithville branch will offer sessions at 10:30 AM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning October 16th.

We are asking for a donation of $2.00 per child for the entire session. This money is used to help cover the cost of supplies.

Caistorville Branch

Caistorville branch offers sessions Friday at 10:30 AM.

Wellandport Branch

Wellandport branch offers sessions Wednesdays at 10:30 AM.

Babies, Books & Bubbles

It's never too early to encourage the love of reading. Sessions will run on Wednesdays in October and November at Smithville Branch at 11:30AM. This program will begin October 17th. Ages 0 to 18 months. Registration is required.
