Have a passion for food? Join the clique! Using a different cookbook every month we’ll challenge ourselves to make something new. In July we’ll be making koshary with red lentil ragù from Eat, Habibi, Eat! by Shahir Massoud. In August we’ll be making gulab jamuns (milk-based doughnuts) from New Indian Basics by Preena and Arvinda Chauhan, and in September we’ll be making garlic butter mushroom stuffed chicken from the IPM cookbook, From Our Farm to Your Table.
